Maxine L. Clugston
Maxine L. (Pritchard) Clugston, age 89, of Canton, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2006 in the Canton Christian Home. She was born April 26, 1916 in Roseville, OH to the late Frank and Nora (Friley) Pritchard. She was a resident of North Industry most of her life and was formerly employed by the Kresge Company. Member of North Industry Christian Church. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clugston in 1985, to whom she was married 48 years; one infant daughter, Judith Ann Clugston; one brother, Delmar Pritchard; two sisters, Audrey Ramey and Majel Rollins. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, William "Bill" and Bethany Clugston of Homosassa, FL; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Madonna and Paul Kutcher of North Canton; several nieces and nephews; one special niece who was Maxine's caregiver, Linda Zirhut. Funeral services will be Monday at 10:00am in Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. with Chaplain Ronald Iwanusa officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 2-4pm in the funeral home. The family would like to thank the Canton Christian Home for their excellent care for Maxine, and request in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the Canton Christian Home at 2550 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44709.
