Maxie R. Walters Jr.
Age 92, of Cuyahoga Falls, OH passed away Saturday September 4, 2010 in Country Lawn Nursing Home following a brief illness. He was born October 28, 1917 in Elizabethtown, KY to the late Maxie R. and Cad Roberta (Burba) Walters Sr. Maxie was a Cuyahoga Falls resident most of his life and retired from BF Goodrich in 1988 after 45 years of service. He was a graduate of Western Kentucky College and a former member of North Hampton Bible Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Robert Walters in 2009; one brother, John Walters in 2004. He is survived by his wife, Paula M. (Nay); two brothers, James (Wilma) Walters of Dayton, OH, William Walters of Kentucky; one sister, Elizabeth Sadler of Louisville, KY; several nieces and nephews. Services will be Wednesday (today) September 8, 2010 at 1:00pm in Rose Hill Burial Park with Pastor Jim Edmundson officiating. The Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
