Maryann C. Nagel
Age 102, of Canton, passed away Monday September 5, 2011. She was born July 15, 1909 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She was a Canton area resident most of her life. Maryann was a life member of the former All Saints Catholic Church, which her family helped build and recently attended St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. She was a member of the Polish Alliance. She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Nagel in 1996; son-in-law, Thomas E. Riley; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Jean Nagel; four brothers and one sister. She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Dolores and Jim Magisano of Canton, Carol Lee Riley of Canal Fulton; one son, Alfred Nagel of Canton; five grandsons, five great-grandsons, two great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews especially Junior Kisela. A Mass of Christian burial will be Friday September 9, 2011 at 1:00pm in St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church with Fr. Donald King as celebrant. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 5-7pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave with a full rosary recited Friday at 12:00noon in Maryann's honor.
