Mary M. Lewis
Age 88, of Canton died Saturday, May 15, 2010 in the Laurels of Massillon following an extended illness. Born October 25, 1921 in Magnolia, OH. to the late John and Lucinda (Eversole) Baker. She was a life resident of the Canton area and a graduate of Magnolia High School. Mary was a member of Simpson United Methodist Church and also member and former coordinator of the Handicapped Associates of Stark County. Preceded in death by her husband, Ronald D. Lewis in 2003; one sister, Birdine Krisher. Survived by one daughter, Cindy Lewis of Canton; two nephews, Ken Krisher of Massillon, Ron (Patsy) Lewis of Malvern; several cousins and many close friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 11:00 am in Simpson United Methodist Church, 4900 Middlebranch Ave. N.E., Canton, OH. 44705, with Rev. Cynthia Theobald officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Memorial donations may be made to Pegasus Farm Equestrian Center for the Disabled.
