Mary Kathleen “Kay” Lane
Age 91, of Canton, passed away Friday August 14, 2015. She was born March 23, 1924 in Dresden, OH to the late Joseph and Mae Pauline (Frey) Buker. Kay was a member of the North Industry United Methodist Church, Gold Star Mothers Club and the Sharon Lane Memorial VVA Chapter #199. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Lane; one daughter, 1st Lt. Sharon A. Lane; son-in-law, David Tritt; three brothers and two sisters. Kay is survived by one daughter, Judy Tritt of Canton; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Jeanne Lane of Canton; four grandchildren, Edie Richeson, Tim (Valerie) Tritt, John Lane and Lori (Barry) Nicholson; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday August 18, 2015 at 1:30pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Jeri K. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
