Mary V. Butts

Mary V. Butts, age 91, passed away on May 2, 2023.

She was born on November 20, 1931, in Canton, Ohio, to George and Mary (Burwell) Yarger.

Mary was a 1950 graduate from Canton South High School and a life member of First Church of the Nazarene in Canton.

Those left to cherish her memory are her 5 children, Clinton (Cynthia) Butts II, Pamela Kirkpatrick, Teresa Snyder, Alan (Nancy) Butts, and Victor Butts; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren; three brothers and four sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clinton Butts in 1982; sister, Norma Brown; two grandchildren, Stephanie and Gabrielle Butts.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 1pm in Kreighbaum Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Hansen officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, 12noon -1pm.  Mary will be laid to rest in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
