Marjory Joan (Neel) Boyd

Age 81 went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.  Born in Steubenville, Ohio on April 8, 1937. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Lester Boyd; her parents, Mervin & Lillian (Stout) Neel. She is survived by her sister, Joyce (Neel) Mills and sister-in-law, Veronica (Bai) Neel.

She leaves behind her son, Jeffrey Boyd (Deborah Nelson) of Seattle; two daughters, Beth (John) Rivers of Canton and Amy Forchione of Massillon.  She is also survived by her grandchildren Justin Boyd, Jessica Rivers (Jamis Eichenauer), Chad (Emily) Boyd, Landon Rivers, and Janae Smith.  She also leaves many extended family members and friends.

Marjory spent her life caring for her family and friends.  She was a life-long Sunday school teacher and ran her own home weaving business for 40 years.  Most of her spare time was devoted to making memories with her family which she enjoyed more than anything.

Services for Marjory will be Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:30 am in Dueber United Methodist Church, 645 Dueber Ave SW, Canton, OH. 44706. Family and friends may call two hours prior to the service at the church from 9:30 – 11:30am. Interment in Bergholz Cemetery.
