Margie E. Burns
Age 80, of Canton, passed away Friday January 19, 2018 in her home. She was born March 29, 1937 in East Canton to the late Glenn and Olive (Hunt) Bennett. Margie was a member of Bible Believers Baptist Church and was formerly employed as a bus driver with Canton Local Schools for 13 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Burns Sr. in 2015 to whom she was married 60 years; one brother and two sisters. She is survived by three children, Galen (Doreen) Burns, Teresa Knight and Robert (Pamela) Burns Jr.; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; two sisters, Jennie Smith and Martha (Bill) Fogle. Funeral services will be Tuesday January 23, 2018 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home. Burial will be in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends and family will be received Monday 5-7pm.
