Madeline K. (Turner) McMillen
Madeline K. (Turner) McMillen, age 57, of Canton, died unexpectedly in Aultman Hospital, Tuesday January 24, 2006. She was born March 2, 1948 in Hartville, OH. to the late Edward and Jeanette (Bealer) Turner. She was a life resident of the Stark County area and was a 1966 graduate of Lake High School. Madeline was employed by the Canton Christian Home for the past 18 years and a member of St. Jacob's Lutheran Church and the VFW post #3747 auxiliary. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Dale and Delbert Turner. Survived by her husband, Harry C. McMillen Jr. to whom she was married 33 years; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kandy and Dwayne Matyi Sr. of Canton, Tina Marie and Paul Talalas of Dalton; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Mark and Peggy McMillen, David McMillen all of Canton; ten grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Marlene and Fred Harper of Zanesville; step-mother, Ruth Turner; two step-sisters, Delila and Thanet Machamer all of Summerfield, FL; one sister-in-law, Joanne Turner of North Canton. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00am in Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Nick Scarpuzzi officiating. Interment in St. Jacob's Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 6-9pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
