M. Corinne Tripp-Pohl
Age 85, of Canton, passed away Wednesday March 2, 2011in Aultman Hospital. She was born October 14, 1925 in Pike Township to the late Willard and Mary (Holm) Heinbuch. She was a 1943 graduate of Canton Township High School and a life member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She was a 70 year member of Pike Grange where she had served as secretary for more than 30 years and a member of Pomona, State and National Grange. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Doyle R. Tripp in 1990; second husband, Edward Pohl in 1996; one grandson, Dennis Selegean; one brother, Henry Heinbuch and one sister, Virginia Miller. She is survived by three children, Karlene Riley of Massillon and her friend, Ron Schriber, Susan Welty of Jackson Twp, Denis and Anita Tripp of East Sparta; three grandchildren, Thea and Matt McCoury of Jackson Twp, Kristina and Jonathan Greene of Canton, Kevin Riley of Akron and his friend, Taz Elwood; three great-grandchildren, Emma and Addison Greene, Fiona McCoury; a close friend, Bill Frick of Zanesville. Funeral services will be Monday March 7, 2011 at 11:00am in Asbury United Methodist Church with Pastor Ruthann Bosley officiating. Interment in Ft. Laurens Cemetery, Bolivar. Friends may call Sunday 2-4pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with grange services at 1:30pm. Friends may also call one hour before services at the church on Monday (10-11am). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church at 7344 Ridge Rd SE, East Sparta, OH 44626.
