M. Venetia Schario
M. Venetia Schario, age 87, of Canton died Wednesday, November 14, 2007 in the Laurels of Massillon following an extended illness. Born July 31, 1920 in North Industry, OH. to the late Dave and Cora I. (Fetters) Lewis. She was a life resident of Canton and a 1938 graduate of Canton Twp. High School. Former employee of McCrory's Five & Ten, Harry London's Candies and Campro Plastics. Member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Canton South AARP and Class of 1938 Lunch Club. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Schario in 2003 to whom she was married for 63 years; one brother, William David Lewis; one sister, Mildred L. Reynolds. Survived by three daughters and son-in-law, Sherry and Dean Cini-Putnam of Canton, Anita Nitzu of Canton and Patty Milford of Stow; seven grandchildren and spouses, Julie Cini, Greg and Lisa Cini, Patty and Jeff Berkebile, Lisa and Tim Cugini, Christopher and Kim Nitzu, Michael and Deana Milford, Trisha and Michael Nguyen; ten most beloved great grandchildren, Cody, Jacob, Addie, Madison, Peyton, Sydney, Cady, Casey, Alex and McKenzie; two sisters, Esther Teeple of N. Industry, Tiny Sickafoose of E. Canton; numerous nieces and nephews; special loved ones, Chip and Kathy Conde, Dick and Barb Stokes of Colorado, Kenny and Stephanie Groves, Herb and Lucille Groves. Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 19, 2007 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Fr. William Kraynak officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2 - 5 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Canton Lincoln Alumni Association Scholarship Fund, in care of Sherry Cini-Putnam, 2106 Clearview Ave. NW, Canton, OH. 44708.
