Lynn A. Burleson Sr.

Age 95, of Canton, passed away Sunday April 15, 2018 in Rose Lane. He was born July 29, 1922 in Canton to the late Jack Brown and Emma Pearl (Stickroth) Burleson. Lynn was a graduate of Timken High School and a WWII Army veteran having served with the 146th Engineer Combat Battalion. He was the owner/operator of Jack’s Garage and was formerly employed by Poorman Aircraft. Lynn was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is preceded in death by his wife, Pearl Burleson in 2000; one daughter, Cheryl Lee Burleson; one brother, Jack Burleson and one sister, Alice Ledham. Lynn is survived by one son, Lynn A. (Zenaida) Burleson Jr.; three daughters, Patricia Ann (Byron) Bergman, Marie Burleson and Betti Gannon; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be Friday April 20, 2018 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Delaney Young officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
