Louis W. Moulin

Age 81, of East Canton passed away surround by his loving family on Sunday, July 29, 2018 following an extended illness. Born August 30, 1936 in Canton, OH to the late Walter and Dorothy (Paumier) Moulin. He was a life resident of the Canton area and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Louis was retired from Ohio Bell and from Osnaburg Local Schools where he was a bus driver. He was a member of St Mary’s/ St Benedict Catholic Parish. Preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Ray Foltz; a brother, Walter “Sonny” Moulin; a sister, Rosemary Shepler. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Roberta A “Bert” (Davis) Moulin; three daughters and sons-in-law, Teri Foltz, Tami and Dan Taylor, Trisha and Chris Shimek; one son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Michelle Moulin; 10 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; four sisters, Jane Koehler, Lucy (George) Yoho, JoAnn Mazak, Eileen (Regis) Schreffler; two brothers, Bernard “Bud” (Marge) Moulin, Denny (Karen) Moulin; numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 10:00 am in St. Benedict Catholic Church, 2207 3rd Street SE, Canton, OH 44707, with Fr Benson Okpara officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Wednesday from 6 – 8 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Memorial donations may be made to Mercy Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Assoc.
