Lois A. (Smith) DeVore
Age 76, of Navarre, Ohio and formerly of Toronto, Ohio passed away peacefully in Mercy Medical Center on Sunday, September 19, 2010 from complications due to cancer. She was a graduate of Canton Timken High School and a lifelong mother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Smith; mother, Lola Black; stepfather, John Black; two sons, Bobby and David; a sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Bill Moose; a brother-in-law, Chuck Lake. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Gene; three sons, Michael (Gladys) of East Sparta, Ken of the home, Tom (Judy) of Navarre; five grandchildren, Scott DeVore, Paul (Robin) DeVore, Jeremy Neal, Tommy DeVore and Jennifer DeVore; four great grandchildren, Courtnee, Owen, Jason and Janessa; one sister, Phyllis (Harold) Fausneaucht of Malvern. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Pastor Bob McCue officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
