Liselotte A. "Lotte" Hague
Liselotte A."Lotte" Hague, age 81, of Canton died Thursday, February 7, 2008 in Aultman Hospital following a sudden illness. Born in Düsseldorf, Germany on Sept. 25, 1926 to the late Jakob Peter Uertz and Alice Bedford Wolfgarten. She was a Canton resident for the past 10 years prior to which she resided in Bridgeville, PA. for 30 years. She served in the German Navy where she worked in the ammunition plant during WWII. Lotte retired from Mayview State Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. in 1990 with 10 years of service. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels and the Salvation Army. Survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Michael Miller of Paris, OH; two grandchildren, Daniel and Jacob Miller; one sister, Helga Pierling of Düsseldorf, Germany. Funeral services will be Monday, Feb. 11, 2008 at 10:00 am in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in Peters Cemetery, Deckards, PA. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Monday from 9-10am.
