Lila M. Hughes
Age 90, of Canton died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 in Altercare of Navarre. Born December 15, 1920 in Wellsville, OH. to the late Walter T. and Kate (Pealy) Roseberry. She was a Canton area resident since 1951. Lila was a member of Northwest Church of Christ where she was active with the food pantry, the outreach program and the Golden Agers. Preceded in death by one son, Raymond Hughes; one brother, Paul Roseberry. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dale E. Hughes; one son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Sue Hughes of East Sparta; one daughter-in-law, Lynn Hughes of Louisville; two grandsons and spouse, Jason and Allison Hughes of Gasport, NY., Brian Hughes of San Antonio, TX; one great grandson, Reed Hughes of Gasport, NY. A memorial service will be Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 3:00 pm in Northwest Church of Christ, 3904 38th St. N.W., Canton, OH. 44718. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday from 2:00- 3:00 pm.
