Lawrence V. Crum
Age 93, of Canton, passed away Saturday May 17, 2014 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 29, 1920 in Noble County to the late James and Ada (Wilson) Crum. Lawrence was a Canton area resident most of his life and was a WWII Army Air Corps veteran. He retired from Isaly's Dairy and Superior Dairy. He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Blanche E. Crum in 1996. Lawrence is survived by four children and their spouses, Sandy and John Wagoner of North Carolina, Floyd and Shelley Crum of Canton, Linda and Eddie Maurer of Magnolia, Tammy and Kenn Spring of Logan, OH; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Mildred Witte of Florida; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Susie Crum of Cambridge. Funeral services will be Tuesday May 20, 2014 at 1:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Ruthann Bosley officiating. Friends may call one hour before services on Tuesday (12-1pm).
