Kimberly S. (Zimmerman) Wallace, age 40, of East Canton, died Sunday June 18, 2006 in Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. She was born February 8, 1966 in Salem, OH, to Ernest E. and Suellen (Greene) Zimmerman. She was a 1984 graduate of East Canton High School and in 1991 graduated from Akron University, Cum Laude, with a degree in Graphic Design. Kimberly was an East Canton area resident most of her life, formerly employed by Canton Health Care as a Recreation Director, prior to which she was employed by Hometown Health Network. Member of Akron University Alumni, former member of Osnaburg Historical Society, Stark County 4-H and had volunteered with the Stark MRDD. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Vernon and Pauline Zimmerman, Howard and Virginia Greene. She is survived by two sons, Anthony and Joseph Wallace; her parents, Ernest and Suellen Zimmerman; one brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Tammy Zimmerman; one nephew, Keith Zimmerman all of East Canton; her devoted companion, Michael D. Aller with whom she resided, and his two sons, Michael P. and Jason T. Aller; several aunts, uncles, numerous cousins; two great aunts and great uncles; special friends, Robert, Dorothy and Joshua Viertel all of whom gave her great support throughout her courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be Friday June 23, 2006 at 10:00am in Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Pastor Dale Boston officiating. Interment in Mapleton Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm in the funeral home.
