Kay F. Chandler
Age 79, of Canton, passed away Friday October 23, 2015 in Aultman Compassionate Care. She was born March 6, 1936 in Ansted, WV to the late Wesley and Edith (Long) Skaggs. Kay was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the Department of Veterans Administration, Canton. She is survived by four children, Monica (Tex) Hysell, Kevin (Christie) Chandler, Shane (Michelle) Chandler and Kristen (Jim) Breedlove; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
