Kathryn E. Lapp
Age 63, of Bolivar died Thursday, June 16, 2016 in the Community Hospice House in New Philadelphia following an extended illness. Born July 30, 1952 in Canton, Ohio to the late Eugene and Norma (Hurless) Marshall. She was a Bolivar resident for the past five years prior to which she resided in Perry Township and Florida. Kathryn was a retired school teacher having taught at Plain Local Schools and a Christian school in Florida. She was a member of Somerdale Maranatha Church. Preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ronald Lapp and a mother-in-law, Pauline Lapp. Survived by her husband of 37 years, Donald P Lapp; one son, Dave Lapp of Perry Township; one daughter, Gloria Suarez of Bolivar; six grandchildren, Jordyn, Nicolas, Katlyn, Camryn, Jackson and Kaden; one brother, Kenneth Marshall of Canton; father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Joy Lapp of Dumas, TX; one brother-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be Monday, June 20, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Dick Harvey officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Community Hospice House in New Philadelphia.
