Junior Brown Miller
Junior Brown Miller, age 72, of Paris, passed away Monday August 18, 2008 in Mercy Hospital following an extended illness. He was born February 21, 1936 in Philippi, WV. to the late John Riley and Virginia (Cole) Miller. He retired from Republic Technology (Republic Steel and LTV) in 2000 after 44 years of service at the 8th Street Plant in Canton. He was also employed part time at Culp Awning. Junior was a member of the VFW Post #3747, Canton, Minerva Eagles and the American Legion Post #76, Louisville. He enjoyed farming, hunting, playing guitar and sing Bluegrass Music at local venues with friends through the years. He truly enjoyed his family and friends; loved seeing the children and grandchildren and had a great unique sense of humor. He was loved by everyone and will be dearly missed. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Esther Miller and Wilma Stone; a brother-in-law, Walter Stone; great grandson, Jonathan Snow; nephew, William Miller. He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanna "Sue" L. (Hollendonner) to whom he was married 32 years; four daughters, Tamala Stull (Kenneth Trabert) of Las Vegas, NV, Mary Kibler of N. Canton, Theresa (Tim) Sebrell of Minerva, Cindy (Dave) Radalia of Canton; one son, John Miller of Nashville, TN; 10 grandchildren, Nikki Simpkins, Anthony Miller, Kevin and Kenneth Trabert, Desiree' Kibler, Josh (Alecia) Tisher, Jarrod Sebrell, Kristen, Morgan and Lauren Radalia; 6 great grandchildren, Jonathan and Codene Schleter, Jayson Trabert, Anthony Miller Jr., Scott and Riley Tisher; brothers and sisters, Ralph Miller of Morgantown, WV, James Miller of Malvern, William (Darlene) Miller of Louisville, Jo Anne (Don) Davis of Minerva, Jean Miller of N. Canton, Susie Miller of Minerva; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Funeral services will be Friday August 22, 2008 at 1:00pm in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Ralph Norman officiating. Interment in Liberty Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 6-9pm.In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mercy Hospice or the American Diabetes Association.
