Junior E. Beardmore
Junior E. Beardmore, age 84, of Canton died Thursday, December 20, 2007 in his home following a brief illness. Born June 8, 1923 in Graysville, OH. to the late Elmer and Etha-Linda (Lindamood) Beardmore. He was a Canton area resident most of his life and a U.S. Army WWII veteran. Retired from Republic Steel Berger Division in 1984 after 38 ½ years of service. Member of Epworth United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Beardmore; one sister, Mary Paris. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Loretta M. (Rook) Beardmore; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Blanche Beardmore of Navarre, Denny and Teresa Beardmore of Canton; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Jim Meader of Canton; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two sisters, Ethel Johnston of Tallmadge, Georgia Johnston of Caldwell; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 11:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Rev. Carolyn Nichols officiating. Interment in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday from 10 - 11 am. Memorial donations may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church, 2150 17th St. S.E., Canton, OH. 44707.
