Joseph D. Richeson
Joseph D. Richeson, age 90, of Robertsville died Thursday, September 27, 2007 in Aultman Hospital following a sudden illness. Born March 31, 1917 in Paden City, WV. to the late Raymond G. and Belle (Hawkins) Richeson. He was a Robertsville resident most of his life and a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. Retired from General Color and had formerly been a bricklayer for many years. Member of Christ Memorial Church in Robertsville and a charter member of the Robertsville Volunteer Fire Department. He was an avid fisherman. Preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Richeson in 2006; two brothers, Paul and Harold Richeson; two sisters, Marjorie Coffee and Wanda Wright. Survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Sally Richeson of Minerva, Ronald and Gloria Richeson of Robertsville; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Mark Hawthorne of Homeworth; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be Monday, October 1, 2007 at 10:00 am in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Jeffrey Lord officiating. Interment in Robertsville Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2 - 4 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the D.A.V., P.O. Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH. 45250.
