Joseph M. Dubina
Age 92, of Canton died suddenly Wednesday, November 26, 2014 in Mercy Medical Center. Born May 22, 1922 in Canton, Ohio to the late Samuel and Agnes (Galovick) Dubina. He was a life resident of Canton and a WWII Marine veteran. Joseph retired from Republic Steel with over 30 years of service. He was a member of St. Mary's/St Benedict Catholic Parish. Joseph was a long time Pittsburgh Steelers fan and an avid fisherman. Preceded in death by one sister, Mary Ann Steigerwald. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lucille A. (Barnes) Dubina; four sons and daughters-in-law, Sam and Nancy Dubina, Joseph and Johanna Dubina, Thomas and Jeri Dubina, Daniel and Maria Dubina; one daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Thomas Teall; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, December 1, 2014 at 10:00 am in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Canton with Fr. Benson Okpara as celebrant. Entombment in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2 – 4 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave.
