Jonathan Mark Greene

Age 66, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly Thursday June 14, 2018 at his home. He was born October 21, 1951 in Canton to the late Howard B. and Jane L. (Newton) Greene. Mark was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Christ Presbyterian Church. He was employed by United Rolls Incorporated for more than 48 years. Mark enjoyed serving as a volunteer for the Iditarod for the past seven years. He was very active in farming, he enjoyed helping others, always putting their needs before his own. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan M. and Kristina Greene; two granddaughters, Emma and Addison Greene; two brothers, Greg (Helen) Greene and Gary (Carie) Greene; one sister, Amy (Michael) Miller; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many good friends. A memorial gathering will be Tuesday June 19, 2018 from 5-8pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home. Inurnment with military honors will be Wednesday June 20, 2018 in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to your favorite veteran’s charity.
