John B. Ross
Age 82, of Waynesburg died Saturday, October 22, 2011 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born August 13, 1929 in West Union, WV. to the late Franklin and Hazel (Compston) Ross. He was a Waynesburg resident for the past 14 years. John retired from Plain Township Road Department in 1991 after 15 years of service. Preceded in death by his wife, Ethyl I. Ross in 2011; three brothers and three sisters. He is survived by five children and spouses, Beverly and Mickey Kimball, Rita Ross, Janice and Robert Warner, Kerry Ross, Ruth and James Berman; eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; two sisters and one brother; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Carolyn Nichols officiating. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 12:00- 1:00 pm.
