John Alan Pirolozzi
Age 50, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on November 30, 2015. He was born January 4, 1965 to Rosemary and the late Rudy Pirolozzi of Mineral City. He was one of Gods special children and was loved by all who knew him. John broke ground at the age of six for Starlight School in New Philadelphia. He attended Starlight School to the age of 22; graduated and attended Starlight Enterprises Inc. Workshop. John participated in Special Olympics in track, basketball, bocce and bowling winning many medals. He was a member of The Church of Holy Trinity in Zoar. John served as an Altar boy and was a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus council 13031, member of American Legion post #519, Mineral City. John was the honorary president of North Coast Winnebago RV Club and Good Sam Club RV of Tuscarawas County. John is survived by his loving mother, Rosemary Pirolozzi; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Sam (Kathy) Pirolozzi of Malvern, Angelo (Vicki) Pirolozzi and Paul (Lori) Pirolozzi all of Mineral City; one sister and brother-in-law, Lori (Dan) Wise of Hartville; fifteen nieces and nephews, twelve great-nieces and great-nephews; two uncles, Ken (Patti) Pirolozzi of Palm Springs, CA, Paul (Fay) Pirolozzi of Hot Springs, AR; four aunts, Annette Taylor, Yvonne Crisp and Mary Johnino all of Canton, Angeline Cinson of Malvern; many loving cousins. Those wishing to honor John’s memory by a charitable contribution may do so to Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County at 716 Commercial Ave. SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663. A Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday December 5, 2015 at 10:00am in The Church of Holy Trinity with Fr. Ed Keck, Fr. Jonathan Kathenge and Deacon Lyn Houze as celebrants. Interment in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Mineral City. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 6-8pm with prayers at 7:45pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home and one hour before services on Saturday at the church (9-10am).
