Jo Ann (Coleman) Holland

Age 85, of East Canton passed away in her home on September 22, 2018. Born June 9, 1933 in East Liverpool, the youngest child of Ernest and Clara Coleman. She graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1952 and was a proud member of the alumni association. She married Thomas Holland in 1954. Preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Clara Coleman; her husband, Thomas Holland; two brothers, Clarence and Charles Coleman; two sisters, Ada Wolfe and Edna McConnell. She leaves behind to mourn her; two daughters, Robin Holland and Karen Casler; a son, Jeff (Erica) Holland; grandchildren, Danielle and Matthew (Heidi) Holland, Jason (Heather) Brenner, Amanda and Erica Holland, Jimmy Thomas, Amber Beadnell; great grandchildren, Kylee and Brylan Holland, Dylan and Athena Brenner, Jeremiah and Eden Grove; her best friend and loving companion of 20 years, James Watkins and their fur babies, Buddy and Pepper; a brother, Ronald “Sonny” Coleman, many nieces and nephews. Jo Ann never met a person that she didn’t hug. She rescued many pets which became her babies. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018 at 3:00 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Interment in Columbiana County Memorial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday from 2 – 3 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Stark County Humane Society.
