Jeffrey N. Hayhurst, age 46, of Dover, died Thursday December 30, 2004 in Union Hospital, Dover, following an extended illness. He was a Canton area resident most of his life and was formerly employed by Hercules Engines. Preceded in death by his father, Joe Hayhurst in 1989. Survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jeffrey N. and Rose Hayhurst Jr. of East Canton, James Hayhurst of East Sparta; two grandchildren, Cortney and Austin Hayhurst; two step-grandchildren, Micah and Chris both of East Canton; mother, Ruth Hayhurst of Canton; one brother, Dennis Hayhurst of Canton; Jeffrey's companion of 13 years, Debra Shephard of Dover and her daughters, Jennifer and Kristine. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 1:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. with Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Monday 6-8pm in the Funeral Home.
