Jeanette A. Mariol
Age 87, of Canton died Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at The Inn at University Village following an extended illness. Born December 3, 1922 in Canton to the late Sam and Margaret (Zarlenga) Ciulla. She was a life resident of Canton and a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church of Canton. Jeanette served as a volunteer at Baxter School for 25 years. Preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Mariol in 1969; one son Jeffrey Mariol; one sister, Rose Yorens; one brother, Carl Ciulla. Survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Anita and Bill Hughes of Alliance, Sally Mariol of North Canton; five sons and daughters-in-law, Patrick and Sherleen Mariol of Louisville, Daniel and Linda Mariol of Canton, Ross and Carol Mariol of Massillon, Kim Mariol of Brewster, John Mariol of Canton; ten grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Josephine and Herb McKee of Canton; one brother, Sam Ciulla of NV; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff and extended family at The Inn at University Village and Mercy Hospice for their wonderful care give to Jeanette and her family. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, Sept. 13, 2010 at 10:00 am in St. Peter's Catholic Church with Msgr. John C. Finnigan as celebrant. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Sunday from 6-8 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Memorial donations may be made to Mercy Hospice or a charity of your choice.
