James Everett Stoneking
age 85, of Dellroy, Ohio died Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in Aultman Hospital. He was born April 18, 1935 in Rock Camp, WV to the late Arthur Lee and Opal D. (Willey) Stoneking. He was an U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a radar technician in Korea, and for many years worked at Gregory Galvanizing in Canton, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Iva Myrtel Hall, Blanche Shreve, Mary Alice Lively, and an infant sister, Emma Jane Stoneking; four brothers, Carl Lee Stoneking, Earl Francis Stoneking, Billy Jackson Stoneking, and an infant brother, Franklin D. Stoneking. Survived by one son, Martin (Nancy) Stoneking of Eagle, Nebraska; one granddaughter Stephanie Stoneking of Eagle, Nebraska; two great grandchildren, Zoey and Sage; two brothers, Ralph Stoneking of Canton, Ohio and Earney (Ramona) Stoneking of Burton, WV; two sisters, Donna (Dan) Kennedy of Vienna, Ohio and Jeannetta Rose Stoneking of Poland, Ohio. Jim Everett was an avid hunter, trapper, marksman, and woodsman, and his hobbies including bee keeping and gardening. There will be no calling hours or funeral service. Per his wishes he will be cremated and will be inurned in Willey Cemetery in Rock Camp, WV alongside many of family members.
