James R. Hutson Sr.
James R. Hutson Sr, age 85, of Louisville, died Wednesday, November 16, 2005 in Mercy Medical Center. Born, March 24, 1920 in Carroll County to the late Riley H. and Stella (Reed) Hutson. He was a Paris Township resident for 45 years and most recently resided in Cambridge and Louisville, OH. He was formerly employed by Pedersen Brothers Contractors for 34 years and retired from Union Metal in 1983. Member of V.F.W. Post #3747. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Bernice (Gallagher) Hutson in 1988; one brother, John Hutson; two sisters, Nancy Webster and Myrtle Mangun. He is survived by his best friend and companion, Hilda Trescott of Louisville; four sons and daughters-in-law, James and Sandy Hutson Jr. of Canton, George and Kay Hutson, Fred Hutson all of Lakeland, FL, Ben Hutson of Canton; two daughters and a son-in-law, Cora Hutson of Canton, Betty Lou and Jesse Harry of Atwater, OH; 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Cora Belle Davis of Lakeland, FL, Belva and Paul Laney of Bolivar, Janet Borland of Alliance. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00am in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Pastor Web Parson officiating. Interment in Highland Memorial Park, Alliance. Friends may call Friday (tonight) 6-9pm in the funeral home.
