Jacqueline W. “Jackie” Cook

Age 67, of Paris, OH passed away Saturday December 15, 2018 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born July 14, 1951 in Canton to the late John W. and Catherine A. (Radalia) Lake. Jackie was employed by Raub Financial Group and formerly employed by Washita Valley Enterprise. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and often attended St. Benedict Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her sister, Catherine A. Lake in 2004. Jackie is survived by her husband, James L. “Jim” Cook to whom she was married six years; one daughter, Stacy (Keith) Molina; two grandchildren, Desiree` and Robert Molina; brother, John Hayes (Stacy) Lake; niece, Stephanie Seymoure; great-nephew, Jacob Hayes Seymoure. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday December 19, 2018 at 10:00am in St. Benedict Catholic Church with Fr. Benson Okpara as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery, Louisville.
