Jack P. Thelen

Age 76, of Louisville passed away Tuesday May 29, 2018 in Mercy Medical Center following a long illness. He was born March 30, 1942 in Canton to the late Robert L. and Dawn (VanDyne) Thelen Sr. Jack was a Louisville resident for many years. Jack worked with his late brother in construction for 20 years as “Thelen Brothers”. Jack was a member of the Bricklayers Local #6 and was a master craftsman in his spare time. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Christina Marie Thelen; his wife, Linda A. (Plesia) Thelen. He is survived by two nephews and their spouses, Mike and Melissa Thelen of Perry Township and Robert L. III and Janeene Thelen of Copley, OH; one niece and spouse, Shawna and Tim Waers of Louisville; great-niece, Christina Marie Thelen; great-nephew, Steven Thelen and many additional great-nieces and great-nephews; his beloved canine companion, Precious.
