Howard L Moffett
Age 95, of Canton died Sunday, May 28, 2017 in Aultman Hospital. Born September 18, 1921 in Antioch, Ohio to the late Howard L. Sr. and Melissa (Hickenbotham) Moffett. He was a Canton resident most of his life and a WWII U.S. Army veteran. Howard was retired from Emerson Electric in the early 80’s with 17 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Howard was a member of Northwest Church of Christ. Preceded in death by his wife, Viola Moffett in 2000; one brother and three sisters. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Sue Moffett of Canton; three grandchildren and spouses, Michael and Marki Moffett, Justin Moffett, Katy and Ryan Branch; six great grandchildren; one sister, Fern Dimit; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Lance Lindenberger officiating. Interment in Antioch Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Memorial donations may be made to Northwest Church of Christ, 3904 38th Street NW, Canton, OH. 44718.
