Helen M. Winkleman , age 72, of Canton South died unexpectedly Saturday, September 15, 2007 in Aultman Hospital. Born May 19, 1935 in Buckeyeville, OH. to the late Samuel E. and Catherine E. (Graham) Hupp. She was a Canton area resident most of her life and a 1954 graduate of Canton South High School. Retired from the Everhard Road Hills Department Store. Preceded in death by three brothers, Harry, Glenn and Little Roy Hupp; one sister, Opal Robinson. Survived by her husband of 54 years, Ralph D. Winkleman; one son and daughter-in-law, James and Gail Winkleman of Suffield, OH; five daughters and sons-in-law, Catherine and Bruce Hostetler of Navarre, Susan and Randy Leggett of Canton, Peggy and Chuck Renicker of Canton South, Kim and Dennis Wagner of Waynesburg, Debra Winkleman of the home; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; two puppies, Peanut and Chewy. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Pastor Mike Husted officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 pm.
