Notz, Helen L.
age 80, of Canton, passed away Wednesday May 27, 2009 in her home following a brief illness. She was born May 18, 1929 in Canton, to the late Wade and Helen (Davy) Bowers. Helen was a graduate of Lincoln High School and retired from The Ohio State University Extension, Stark County. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and the ABWA. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Notz in 1996. She is survived by one son, Craig Notz of Canton; two grandchildren, Kaylana Notz of Canton, Michael King of Massillon; one great-grandson, Kyle Notz of Canton; one brother, Ronald (Ruth) Bowers of Magnolia; half sister, Connie DeMeo of East Sparta; step-sister, Shirley (Nelson) Keeney of Indianapolis, IN. Funeral services will be Saturday May 30, 2009 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Rev. Carolyn Nichols officiating. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery.
