Helen Hobson

Helen Hobson, age 89, passed away on March 16, 2023.

She was born May 9, 1933 in Robertsville, Ohio to Paul and Elizabeth Surmay.

She retired from Nickles Bakery in 2000 with 15 years of service.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughter, Ronda (Robert), son, Donn (Jo Beth); grandchildren,

Michael, Bryan, and Amanda; great grandchildren, Blaike, Madison, Noah, Jace, and Theodore; brother, Al Surmay; sister, Bert Ondak.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David; grandson, Donn III.

A memorial service will be held March 24, 2023  at 12:30pm with Deacon Randy Smith officiating.  A visitation will be prior to service, 11am-12:30pm at the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted to Kreighbaum Sanders Funeral Home 4041 Cleveland Ave S., Canton, OH 44707.
