Hazel J. Nicholson
Age 93, passed away Monday July 21, 2014 in Rose Lane Health Care. She was born April 4, 1921 in Jewett, OH to the late Edward and Sarah (Knapp) Jolliff. She retired from Canton Local Schools where she had worked in the Cafeteria at Canton South High School and North Industry Elementary. Hazel was a member of Perry Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Nicholson in 1996; three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Lloyd of Massillon; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles L. and Pam Nicholson of Wylie, TX; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday July 25, 2014 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Rod Geiger officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call one hour before services on Friday (10-11am). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Perry Christian Church.
