Hazel F. Jarrell

Age 105, of Canton died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in the Danbury Senior Living in Massillon. Born August 1, 1912 in Glen Hayes, West Virginia to the late William and Minnie (Herbert) Jarrell. She was a Canton resident since 1921 and was a 1932 graduate of Canton Township High School and attended Metropolitan Bible School in Wisconsin. Hazel retired from Motive Parts Warehouse with 18 years of service. She was a member of First Wesleyan Methodist Church. Preceded in death by one brother, Henry Jarrell; one sister, Ruby Beach. She is survived by three sisters, Carrie Irene Jarrell, Ruth Gerber-Hall, Thelma Mauter all of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10:00 am in First Wesleyan Methodist Church, 1650 Broad Ave NW, Canton, OH 44708 with Pastor Paul Duncan and Rev Johnathan Troyer officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Friday from 5 – 7 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday from 9 – 10 am. Memorial donations may be made to First Wesleyan Methodist Church.
