Harvey C. Soliday
Age 87, of East Canton died Friday, March 28, 2014 in Oakhill Manor Care Center following an extended illness. Born December 26, 1926 in Troutville, PA. to the late Claire O. and Lena C. (Marshal) Soliday. He was an East Canton resident since 1953 and was formerly employed with Sugardale Foods for 17 years and retired from Beaver Petroleum. Preceded in death by his wife, Nora J. Soliday in 2007; one brother, Howard Soliday; three sisters, Laura Soliday, Thelma Ullery and Dorothy Peace. He is survived three daughters and son-in-law, Sue and Steve McEowen of Louisville, Cindy Radalai of Louisville, Rose Soliday of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law, Jay and Iva Soliday of Uniontown, Lee and Charlotte Soliday of Newberry, FL, Bill and Laurie Soliday of Alliance, Rich and Sheryl Soliday of North Canton; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Ross of North Tonawanda, NY., Atta Walk of Julian, PA; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 1:00 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8pm.
