Harold E. “Bud” Brechbill
Age 93, of East Canton passed unexpectedly into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 in his home. Born February 1, 1928 in East Canton, Ohio to the late Earl and Ruth (Bosler) Brechbill. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Betty Brechbill. Bud was a life-long resident of East Canton and a 1946 graduate of East Canton High School. Bud was the owner/operator of Brechbill Milk Transport, retiring after 46 years. In retirement, he lived out his love for classic cars, where he and Betty enjoyed many car shows, cruise-ins and being members of the Carnation Auto Classic Car Club. He was a member of Center Church of the Brethren.
Also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Gillette; and a brother, Glenn Brechbill. He is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Ralph Reisinger, Linda Ailes, Carol and Barry Pickens; six grandchildren, J.R. (Lauren) Ailes, Bryan (Sonrie) Pickens, Matthew (Andrea) Reisinger, Brad (Kari) Pickens, Renee Reisinger, Brett (Alexis) Pickens; ten great grandchildren, Micah, Caleb and Mia Pickens, Sophie, Jubilee and Malachi Ailes, Annabelle Reisinger, Elijah and Chloe Pickens, Jaxon Pickens; two sisters, Jean Shoemaker, Shirley (Bob) Baad; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the neighbors and friends who have reached out to Bud the last few years. A memorial service will be Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021 at 4:00 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
