Guss Arrendale Jr.
Age 85, of Canton, passed away Tuesday March 28, 2017 in Bethany Nursing Home. He was born February 16, 1932 in Hiawassee, GA. Guss retired from Ruhlin Brothers Construction Company and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Waco. He was a member of Coventry Akron Lodge #83 F&AM, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Akron, Tadmor Shrine, Aroba Lodge of Perfection and Yusef Khan Grotto. Guss was a Korean War Navy veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents and one grandson. He is survived by his wife, Marylee (Clayton) to whom he was married 24 years; many children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be Saturday April 8, 2017 at 1:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Pastor Dan Edwards officiating.
