Glenna L. Walters, age 81, of East Sparta died Thursday, October 26, 2006 in Aultman Hospital. Born in Beallsville, OH, on March 12, 1925 to the late Howard D. and Alma Edna (Atkinson) Morris. She was an East Sparta resident for the past 48 years and was of Methodist faith. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Walters, Sr. in 1986; one son, Gary Walters; one sister, Ila L. Morris. Survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Pontius of East Sparta, Kay and Ray McClelland, Sr. of East Sparta, Edna and Donald Winkleman of Warren, OH; four sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Walters, Jr. of East Sparta, Howard and Lovlene Walters of Canton South, Alva Walters of East Sparta, Harry and Michelle Walters of Navarre; 20 grandchildren; 13great grandchildren; a special cousin, Frances Parker of Canton. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at 1:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Minister Kenard Parrott officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 7-9 pm.
