Gladys Marie Young

Age 94, of Malvern, passed away Thursday December 20, 2018 in Aultman Hospital. She was born October 13, 1924 in Waynesburg to the late John and Elsie (Schultz) Wendell. Gladys retired from Aultman Hospital after 10 years of service and was a member of the East Canton Church of God. She is preceded in death by three brothers, Clifford, Kenneth and Jack Wendell; two sisters, Erscle Almasy and Myrtle Griffing; one grandson, Kedrick Young. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Young to whom she was married 72 years; two sons, Timothy A. (Marlene) Young and Terry Lee (Rosemary) Young; three grandchildren, Lisa Earhart, Michael (Angela) Young and Kimberly  Stanley; seven great-grandchildren, Michael Young Jr, Donnie Walter, Amanda, Justin and Amber Earhart, Cutter Crull and Gabriel Young; several great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Iva June (Gene) Anthony and Donna Larusso. Funeral services will be Monday December 24, 2018 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Smith officiating. Burial will be in Sandy Valley Cemetery.
