Gladys L. (Burleson) Koren
Age 87, of Louisville died Thursday, July 27, 2017 in St. Joseph Care Center. Born January 2, 1930 in Crossnore, NC to the late William Edger and Edna (Clark) Burleson. She was a Canton/Louisville resident most of her life and graduated from Canton Lincoln High School. Gladys retired from Geauga Plastics. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and gardening. Preceded in death by two sisters, Rowena Biggerstaff and Lila Carpenter; two brothers, Henry and William McDonald Burleson; one great granddaughter, Makenzie Bandurka. She is survived by four children and spouses, Marcia Schmaltz of Deerfield, OH, Sherrie and Gary Presutti of Perry Township, Sandra Bandurka of Hartville, John and Monica Koren Jr of Logan, OH; 11 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday, July 31, 2017 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Rev Keith Stephens officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
