Age 94, of Canton died Sunday, April 26, 2009 in the Canton Christian Home following a brief illness. Born July 6, 1914 in Canton to the late Miles and Lela (Souders) Linsenbigler. She was a life resident of Canton and a member of North Industry Christian Church. Gladys was formerly employed as a secretary for Macomber and North Industry Christian Church. Preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Bednarz in 1954; second husband, Richard Ferren in 1968; two brothers, Ernest and Clarence Linsenbigler; one sister, Helen Walters; son-in-law, Larry Chaney. Survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Shirley Chaney of Newark, OH, Marcia and Ted McGill of Canton; three step-daughters and spouses, Carol and Eugene Hanson of MN, Barbara and Fred Cush of Canton, Cathy and David Scharm of Dover; six grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; seven step-great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 1:00 pm in North Industry Christian Church, 425 45th St. S.W., Canton, OH. 44706, with Stephen Kimbrel officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Tuesday at the church from 11:00 am i�½ 1:00 pm.
