George F. Gardner II
Age 61, of Beach City died Sunday, August 25, 2013 in his home following an extended illness. Born April 8, 1952 in Canton, Ohio to the late Thomas and Rosemond (Deal) Gardner. He was a Beach City resident for the past 17 years. George was the owner/operator of K & S Refrigeration. He attended Dundee United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Kristine F. (Manges) Gardner; one son, George F. Gardner III of Cleveland; two daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Brian Schilling of Canal Fulton, Holly and Jim Hawk of Massillon; five grandchildren, Zoe, Evelyn, Samantha and Sarah Schilling, Naomi Hawk; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy and Ted Bendick of Louisville, Posie and Harold Blakelock of Utah; one brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Maggie Gardner of East Canton; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Howard O'Neil. The family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Timothy Coblentz and Dr. Shruti Trehan for their care and compassion given to George. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave with Pastor Ray Garvin officiating. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Aultman Hospice Program.
