Gary Ray Cline

Gary Cline, age 69, passed away on October 25th, 2023, in his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on June 23rd, 1954, in Canton, Ohio, to Arthur “Ray” and Charlotte (Worthen) Cline.  He graduated from Timken High School in 1973, where he studied Machine Shop.  Gary devoted 34 years to the Hoover Company located in North Canton, Ohio, as a Group Leader in the Tool & Die Department.  

Gary was a deeply devoted man of faith and was always willing to help anyone in need.  His compassion and kindness will be deeply missed by those who were honored to know him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his East Canton High School sweetheart and loving wife of 50 years Vicki (Judy) Cline; four children, Jeremy (Jodie) Cline, Joshua (Theodore) Cline-Ciano, Jason (Tabitha) Cline, and Jennie (Ben) Exposito; eight amazing grandchildren, Mazio Exposito, Camryn Cline, Kendal Cline, Arleigh Exposito, Samantha Cline, Ellette Exposito, Taylor Cline, and Cora Exposito; two sisters Charlotte (Gary) Truex and Emily (James) Gibson; nine nieces and nephews, and an endless list of friends.

Proceeded in death by his sister Brenda (Tom) Minor; grandparents James “Pap” & Justine Worthen, and John & Mary Cline; great uncle Okey “Theodore” & Leoma “Becky” Pullins, who held a special place in Gary’s heart.

The Cline family would like to thank Aultman Hospice and Palliative Care, along with countless friends, family, and neighbors for showering them with love and support, which has provided such comfort during this difficult time.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 29, 2023, 3-5 p.m. in the Sanders Funeral Home, and on Monday, October 30, 2023, 10-11:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Matt Lowe of North Canton Church of Christ Officiating.
