Galen Froelich

Galen D. Froelich, age 77, passed away on June 20, 2023.

He was born on June 28, 1945, in Canton, Ohio, to Clark E. and Helen M. (Marietta) Froelich.

Galen graduated from Canton South High School in 1963, a Vietnam Navy veteran, and was employed by the Timken Company for over 30 years.

Those left to cherish his memory a brother, Clark Froelich Jr., niece and nephew Adam Froelich and Kimberly Henton.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margaret “Peggy” Froelich; sons, Todd and David Froelich.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2023, 11am at Kreighbaum Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Barnes officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday, June 27, 2023, 5-7pm at the funeral home.

Galen will be laid to rest in Melscheimer Cemetery.
